9:30 AM	Scenery Techniques: Western Sierra Trees and Rocks – West Side Edition by Guy Cantwell Description: Join Guy Cantwell for an in depth look at how to make convincing trees and rocks for your layout. We will focus on Western Sierra trees and rock formations and specific techniques to create them for your West Side/Western Sierra layout.
11:00 AM	The West Side Lumber Company, the 1911 Log Pond Dam Break and its Aftermath by Larry Tidball Description: Larry will utilize period photos and news clippings to explain the extent of 1911 disaster, the rebuilding of the dam, and the impact on operations.
12:00 Noon	Lunch Break
1:00 PM	The History of the Monterey Bay Redwood Company (1924-1942) by Mike Musal Description: Mike will use period photos to describe the redwood logging operations of the MBR. Co. in the Soquel Creek area of Santa Cruz County, California.
2:30 PM	California Pine Country Logging Methods: 1870s-1960 by Adam Weidenbach Description: Adam will describe the evolution of logging methodology in the California Pine Country spanning a 90-year period. He will be highlighting techniques, when they were used, their location and why they were utilized.
