Sierra Seminar

Sierra Historians and Modeler’s Seminar:
This is the 12th annual seminar and will feature outstanding presentations by well known Sierra experts. Past presentations have included those by Thomas Bullock’s grandson on his grandfather, the Sierra in the movies by Larry Jensen, the Woman’s Railroad, Modeling Sierra Stations, Don Pedro Dam and Melones Dam branches, using a Cricut machine to model the Cooperstown Depot, early freight traffic on the Sierra, West Side memories by Dr. Nick  Muff and West Side shipments in the 1920’s. A late afternoon walk over part of the Hetch Hetchy ROW is also a possibility. Advance registration for this event is $15 and the fee at the door will be $20. This includes drinks, donuts and pizza at lunch.

We ask that you pre-register so we can plan space and food requirements. Fees for the West Side Reunion are payable to Frank Markovich, 1904 Chula vista Drive, Belmont, CA 94002 and fees for the Sierra Seminar are payable to Glenn Sutherland, PO Box 124, Mariposa, CA 95338
