Venue Details
- Hotel Entry: Enter through front pool entrance. Take the elevator or stairs down to lower level.
- Convention Location: Lower level of the Hotel (former lobby near pool bar).
- Vendor Set-Up: Friday night set-up will not be available. Set-up will occur at 7am on 4/18/26. There is a road behind the hotel which will get you to the loading/unloading area. Tables are first come, first serve. See map on right.
Convention Room Rates and Booking Information
Room Rates are applicable for both the West Side Reunion and Sierra Seminar.
- Room Rate is $175 (plus 12% occupation fee and $12 resort fee).
- Use booking rate code: BKG332 or specify “Tuolumne Railroad Weekend.”
- Rooms are available for Fri-Sat-Sun.
