Venue Details
- Hotel Entry: Enter through main entrance. Take the elevator or stairs down to lower level.
- Convention Location: Lower level of the Hotel.
- Vendor Set-Up: Friday night set-up will not be available. Set-up will occur at 7am on 5/3/25. There is a road behind the hotel which will get you to the loading/unloading area. See map on right.

Room Rates are applicable for both the West Side Reunion and Sierra Seminar.
- Room Rate is $169 plus tax.
